The first processing facility was in Kenwick and, as the business grew, a larger and fully automated poultry processing plant, capable of processing 2000 birds per hour, was built in Wangara in 1999.
In February 2018, Peter’s Poultry became a fully family-owned business. A big investment has been made to create a renowned hi-tech poultry processing facility, with the implementation of a diverse quality management system boasting full HACCP and HALAL certification.
