The San Francisco native, who has been in Western Australia since 1979, has collected a swathe of awards for her special sauce since winning over the crowd at Araleun, and has built a strong following of loyal customers.
The Devil’s Tears chilli sauce is made organically with the Red Savina habanero chilli and is gluten free, contains no added salt, sugar or preservatives and uses locally grown ingredients while maintaining a two-year shelf life.
Whether you use it while cooking or add a dash at the end, the sauce is incredibly versatile. Try it with fish, spice up your salads, heat up your chilli con carne. It’s also beautiful sprinkled on eggs or over pizza, or with meat. You can even mix a few drops with mayonnaise.
In 2019, The Devil’s Tears began supplying selected Coles stores in the greater Perth region. A year later, it became available in all Coles stores across Western Australia.
