Locally sourced
We source all our fresh ingredients from local farmers, including onion, basil, coriander, and tomatoes. Our lupin flakes come from the South West region. Quality is everything
All our products use the finest, natural, clean ingredients with no added artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Everything is handmade locally in small batches, from our slow-cooked curry sauces to our hand roasted spice blends.
