Black truffle pasta
Method
Bring the water to the boil. Add the pasta, stirring occasionally until cooked. Drain well.
Add the Great Southern Truffles Black Truffle Salsa to the pasta and stir in well.
Season with salt and pepper if desired, and top with parmesan cheese to serve.
