Method
Serves 1. (V, DF, GF option)
You will need a blender for this recipe.
Place all the frozen ingredients along with the protein powder (if using) into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
If the frozen ingredients are too thick for your blender, add a splash of your favourite milk to loosen and help blend. Don’t add too much, though, as the frozen fruits are what give this smoothie a super-thick consistency.
Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with your favourite granola and fresh fruit, along with a spoonful of peanut butter.
Eat immediately while still cold.
