Spicy butter BBQ corn

Method
Heat the BBQ.
Peel the corn but don’t strip the husks entirely. Bunch them up at the base of the corn to use a handle to easily turn cobs on the BBQ (or use skewers if you have them).
Put The Butter People butter and Whittingtons Cajun spices in a metal bowl on the BBQ and stir to melt. Remove from heat.
Put the corn on the BBQ and brush each cob with the spicy butter mix. Turn regularly and continue coating liberally with the butter mix.
When all sides of the corn are a good colour, place on a platter.
Spritz with a squeeze of fresh lime and sprinkle with fresh chillies and coriander. Enjoy!
