Sweaty spaghetti
Method

Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add the pasta and reduce to a simmer. To make your Italian friends cry, snap the dried pasta in half so it fits in the pot.
Finely chop the carrot, onion and celery and gently stir into a non-stick frypan until the onion goes translucent. Add the mince and cook all the way through. Add the crushed tomato and Bluey Zarzov’s Awesomesauce.
When the pasta is al dente, drain and add to the saucepan with a dash of pasta water and stir it all together. Add the parmesan at this stage too, if you are using.
Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
Handy Tips
If that wasn't hot enough for you, try using Bluey Zarzov's Angry Viper sauce instead.
*For a plant-based option of sweaty spaghetti, you can use V2 beef mince.
