Vegan strawberry duck
Method
(This vegan and gluten-free recipe was kindly provided by Bluey Zarzov’s Hotsauce.)
Heat the cooking oil in a medium pan. Fry the meat-free roast duck fillets for 2 minutes on each side.
Mix Bluey Zarzov’s Strawberry Reaper, balsamic vinegar and strawberries together in a small saucepan and heat on low until the mixture begins to bubble.
Pour the sauce over the duck to serve.
To serve
Serve on a bed of rice or couscous or with potato and your favourite greens.
