With a love of good food, Catherine Rose and Meg McCallum started a journey to find out how to make the best pastry possible. After a year spent researching and perfecting their technique (as well as making a whole lot of pies), Empire Pastry was born.
The name is a nod to the Ottoman Empire where pastry is said to have originated. After producing exclusively for the restaurant trade, Empire Pastry is now available to buy online to use in delicious sweet and savoury dishes at home.
